Customer Service Rep - Dallas Fort / Worth, Texas

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by showing and selling Flooring products. Redco is always evolving for the better, thus there are opportunities for growth based on individual performance.

Job Description

· Answering Phones and Greeting Customers in a Friendly Manner

· Troubleshoot and resolve logistical and product issues

· Creating Estimates

· Creating Purchase Orders

· Creating Logistics Requests (Picking Tickets)

· Handle customer inquiries and product information regarding products and services.

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

· Ability to prioritize, multitask and learn software and new systems

· Excellent written and verbal communications.

· Filing and all that it entails

· Help with Pro Shop

+ Sales, Pricing, Stocking, Ordering

· Check Out/Return Process for Flooring Style Boards and Samples

+ Return Style Boards/Samples to Appropriate Displays

· Help with Inventory Reports

· Help with Showroom Cleanliness

+ Basic Cleaning, Vacuuming, Dusting and Organization

Qualifications

· Speak Spanish and English (a plus)

· Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields (Flooring experience a plus)

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to learn software and new systems (NetSuite a plus)

Delivery Driver and Warehouse Worker - Closed

Delivery Driver and Warehouse Worker - Austin, Texas

We are seeking a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Worker to join our team! You will be responsible for making deliveries, picking up deliveries in a box truck and sprinter van (non CDL). You will also be responsible for fulfilling customer orders, receiving shipments and maintaining cleanliness and safety of the company premises.

Job Description

Basic Duties:

· Makes deliveries to customers in box truck or sprinter van (non CDL)

· Cleans and maintains delivery truck in safe and working condition

· Operates forklift in and around warehouse

· Pulls product from the warehouse for shipment to the stores

· Wraps order on pallet for shipment

· Loads and unloads shipments, pallets, etc.

· Place shipments on racking systems

· Clean debris on warehouse floor and company premises

Physical Requirements:

· Standing and walking are required for most of the shift

· Pushing and pulling pallets and lifting products are required

· Bending is required to reach product or debris

· Crouching is required

· Physical strength to handle up to 35-pound object, frequently. Some items weighing up to 50 lbs to be handled occasionally

· Above average coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot and balance

· Above average endurance

· Normal dexterity of hands and fingers with average repetition

· Site with ability to distinguish color; perception of sound is required; ability to communicate issues verbally and in written form

Knowledge Requirements:

A positive attitude & pleasant personality; effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination; dependability, ability to follow directions & a strong willingness to learn.
